Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Certified Grief Educator trained under David Kessler, I provide compassionate grief education and support to help you better understand your experience, process your emotions, and develop tools to move forward at your own pace. This is a non-clinical, supportive space focused on education, awareness, and practical guidance through life’s losses and transitions.
